Depositing and Cashing Out at Wakuna Casino from the Netherlands
We opened the cashier at Wakuna Casino with a Dutch bank account first and a credit card as a second route, mainly to see whether the payment flow matches the tidy list the brand site publishes. It largely does, with a few caveats worth knowing before you send money. Everything below comes from that test and from what the operator states.
The layout is plain. Your balance sits at the top, one button handles deposits and another handles withdrawals, and the methods are listed underneath in a single column. The account currency is EUR, so players in the Netherlands see the same figure they paid in. No conversion happens behind the scenes, which keeps the arithmetic honest from deposit to cashout.
The Dutch bank options sit near the front of the list, which suits the audience here. The site itself runs in English while the banking side covers ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, SNS, RegioBank and N26. If you have not opened an account yet, our Registration page walks through the sign-up steps and the details you need to provide. Filling those in correctly the first time saves trouble later, because a name mismatch between your bank and your casino profile is one of the most common reasons a payout stalls.

Payment methods we could use
The method list is broad for a brand without a Dutch licence. These are the routes we came across and the brand site confirms.
Bank options in the iDEAL style via ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, SNS, RegioBank and N26
Mastercard and Visa
Revolut
Bank transfer
Open banking, also labelled Pay by Bank
Crypto
For a player in the Netherlands the bank route is usually the quickest and the most familiar. You log in with your own bank, confirm the payment and you are done, with no card details typed into a casino form. Cards work as well, though not every method counts towards the bonus, which we come back to below.
We saw no fee charged by the site itself on a deposit or a withdrawal during our test. Your own bank may apply its own charges, and we cannot speak for every method. Where the operator stays silent on a detail, we note the gap rather than fill it.
Limits, payout times and the wagering rule on your deposit
This is the part where players are most often caught out. The limits sit apart from your bank balance and apply per account.

That three-times rule means the amount you deposited has to be staked three times over before you can take anything out. If you put in a hundred euro, then three hundred euro of stakes has to pass through first. The condition attaches to your deposit itself and sits apart from the bonus terms, so it applies even if you never claim an offer. We think this is the kind of rule you should know before you pay in. Discovering it when you request a withdrawal and the balance will not move is a poor experience.
The payout time of roughly a day is what the site indicates. We could not measure that to the minute in our test, so allow a little more around weekends and public holidays. The withdrawal process itself, including what happens if a request is declined, is covered on our Withdrawal page.
Why e-wallets miss the welcome offer
This is a detail plenty of players overlook. E-wallets do not qualify for the bonus. If you intend to claim it, pick a payment method that does count, such as a bank option or a card.
The offer in question is the welcome offer on this site. The terms are as follows.

Notice the gap between the minimum for a plain deposit and the minimum for the bonus. Anyone who wants the offer deposits at least thirty euro. The maximum bet of five euro per round is strict, and going over it can void the bonus along with any winnings built on it. How the wagering requirement is calculated, whether on the bonus alone or on deposit plus bonus, is not settled in the information we hold.
Crypto works, though we would not point a newcomer to it first. You have to choose the right coin and the right network yourself, and a payment sent to a wrong address is usually not reversible. For players already comfortable with crypto it is a fine route, and a crypto withdrawal can move quickly once the request is approved.
Open banking, or Pay by Bank, sits between the two. You pay from your own account, but through an intermediary. It worked without trouble in our test, though it is not set up identically at every bank, and the redirect flow can look different depending on which institution you use.
Revolut is a separate case. For the bonus we would always take the bank option, since we cannot confirm how Revolut is treated under the bonus policy. When in doubt, choose the route you know counts.
What this means for players in the Netherlands
Wakuna does not hold a Dutch KSA licence. That is the single most important point on this page. The operator states an offshore licence, and an Anjouan Gaming Board verification seal appears on the brand site. A KSA licence is something else entirely, granted under the Remote Gambling Act that has governed Dutch online gambling since October 2021.
What does that mean day to day? Operators licensed by the KSA are connected to CRUKS, the self-exclusion register, and players at those sites have a Dutch dispute route if something goes wrong. At a site without a KSA licence there is no CRUKS protection and no such route. You cannot lean on either one if a payment is delayed or a bonus is voided.
Anyone playing here does so on their own responsibility. Play at 18+ and set a figure in advance that you can afford to lose. Our Responsible gambling page lists the tools the site provides, such as financial limits, self-exclusion and a link to a help organisation, alongside the Dutch bodies Loket Kansspel, Tactus verslavingszorg, Gokhulp and AGOG. If safety is your main question, read Is it safe? before you deposit, because it sets out the full picture including the points we could not verify.
From deposit to payout in seven steps
This is how we went about it, and it worked.
Create an account and enter your details correctly, including your real name and address.
Choose a payment method that counts towards the bonus if you plan to claim it, so avoid e-wallets.
Deposit at least twenty euro for ordinary play, or thirty euro if you want the offer.
Enter promo code WB when you claim the bonus, and play within thirty days.
Keep each round at or below five euro while the bonus is active.
Before withdrawing, play your deposit through three times, then cash out by bank transfer or crypto.
Allow about a day for processing, and keep the daily, weekly and monthly limits in mind.
The limits did not differ by method as far as we could see. They apply to your account. If you deposit the full monthly ceiling over a few weeks, you reach the month boundary even when you paid in small amounts. The counter resets on the calendar, so a fresh month gives you a fresh allowance whether or not you feel ready for it.
Our verdict after testing the cashier
What works well is the set of Dutch bank options, EUR as the account currency, a minimum deposit low enough to test with, and a payout time of roughly a day. The cashier is not buried away and the limits are stated plainly enough that you can plan around them.
What is weaker is the wagering rule on your deposit before you can withdraw, the fact that e-wallets cannot claim the bonus, and the maximum bet on the offer, which leaves little room for players who like larger stakes. On top of that there is no KSA licence, so no CRUKS and no Dutch dispute route. That weighs heavily with us.
If a deposit or withdrawal gets stuck, Support explains how to use the 24/7 live chat, and our Payments hub gathers the money side in one place. For the offer itself, read Bonus and Promo code side by side so you do not mix up the terms.
Which payment methods work for players in the Netherlands?
We saw bank options in the iDEAL style via ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, SNS, RegioBank and N26, plus Mastercard, Visa, Revolut, bank transfer, open banking or Pay by Bank, and crypto. The account currency is EUR, which keeps the arithmetic simple.
How long does a withdrawal take?
The site indicates about a day for a payout by bank transfer or crypto. We could not measure that precisely in our test, so allow a little more time around weekends and public holidays.
Can I claim the bonus with an e-wallet?
No. E-wallets do not qualify for the bonus. Pick a bank option or a card if you want the welcome offer on this site, using promo code WB and a minimum deposit that is higher than for ordinary play.
What does the wagering rule on my deposit involve?
Your deposit has to be staked three times before you can withdraw. Put in a hundred euro and three hundred euro of stakes must pass through first. This sits apart from the bonus terms.
Does Wakuna hold a Dutch KSA licence?
No. The operator states an offshore licence and an Anjouan Gaming Board verification seal appears on the brand site. There is therefore no KSA licence, no CRUKS connection and no Dutch dispute route. Play at 18+ and set limits in advance.
