Wakuna Live Casino, Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat and Andar Bahar
Live casino is where the slot arcade gives way to something closer to a real room, with dealers on camera and rounds that run to a schedule instead of a spin button. We played the tables across several evenings, mostly on a desktop and once on a phone over mobile data, and this page records what we found about the game mix, the stakes, the stream quality and the questions Dutch players should settle before they deposit.
The brand site says 77 live tables, and that figure holds up once you scroll the lobby, because the games are grouped by type instead of being tipped into one long grid. Roulette, blackjack, baccarat and Andar Bahar each get their own space, and the live providers named on the brand site include Pragmatic Live and Sexy Gaming.
Roulette runs from Auto Roulette, which has no presenter and deals quickly, through to Gravity Roulette, which is the slower and more theatrical option.
Blackjack is led by Asia Blackjack, which was the busiest table whenever we looked, with standard variants alongside it.
Baccarat is covered by Amazing Baccarat and the usual squeeze and speed formats.
Andar Bahar is the Indian card game, a good change of pace once baccarat starts to feel repetitive.
Game show hybrids fill out the rest of the section.
The lobby itself is split into Popular, New, Slots, Live, Table, Instant, Jackpots, Hot RTP, Feature Buy, Bonus Friendly, Originals, Top-10 and VIP. For live play, the Live and Table sections do most of the work. Table mixes dealer-streamed games with software versions of the same titles, so a full live seat rarely means waiting. Top-10 is handy when you cannot be bothered to choose, and during our sessions it pointed at roulette and a blackjack table almost every time. If you want the wider product picture first, Reviews walks through the whole lobby, and Slots covers the video slot side.

Bank options include iDEAL-style transfers through ABN AMRO, ING, Rabobank, ASN Bank, SNS, RegioBank and N26, plus Mastercard, Visa, Revolut, bank transfer, open banking and crypto. One restriction caught our eye. E-wallets cannot claim the bonus. The full method list sits on Payments, and Withdrawal covers the cash-out side.
The welcome offer shown on this site comes from Bet4Star. It boosts your first deposit by a large percentage and adds a batch of free spins, and the promo code is WB. Wagering sits at 35x, the minimum deposit is EUR 30, the maximum bet is EUR 5, the maximum cashout is EUR 10,000 and the offer stays valid for 30 days. A deposit is required, and players from the Netherlands, the UK and Germany can take part. We cannot say how the wagering is calculated or which games count toward it, because that information is not published anywhere we could find.
We tested on a normal home connection and again on mobile data. Dealer streams loaded quickly and stayed stable for the length of a session. Video quality dipped once during a busy evening and recovered within a few rounds, which is the sort of thing that happens on any live platform at peak hours. Auto Roulette is the safer pick when your connection is patchy, since there is no presenter feed to keep in sync with the table.
Wakuna has no native app. It runs as a PWA, so you open the site, choose Add to Home Screen, and it installs at roughly 5 MB. That worked well enough for live tables on a phone, and App explains the steps.
The Dutch licensing position and what it means for you
Wakuna operates on an offshore licence. The operator is The Green & Verde Enterprises Limitada in Costa Rica, and the brand site displays an Anjouan Gaming Board verification seal. This is not a Dutch KSA licence.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. Operators holding a KSA licence must connect to CRUKS, the Dutch self-exclusion register, so a player who has excluded themselves is blocked at the door. A site outside the Dutch licence system has no such connection, which means no CRUKS protection and no Dutch dispute route if a payout or an account issue turns sour. The practical response is to set your own limits before you play, since there is no safety net behind you. Our Is it safe? and Licensing pages go further into the detail.
Wakuna does provide financial limits, self-exclusion, a link to a help organisation and transaction history inside the account area, and those tools are worth using from the first session. Minimum age is 18. If gambling stops being enjoyable, Loket Kansspel, Tactus verslavingszorg, Gokhulp and AGOG are the places to look for support in the Netherlands.
Setting up and playing a first table
Register an account and finish verification before you deposit, so the first withdrawal is not delayed.
Deposit at least EUR 20 by iDEAL-style bank transfer, card or open banking.
Open the Live section and pick a table. Auto Roulette suits fast rounds, while Asia Blackjack rewards a bit of thought.
Set a session limit in your account before the first hand.
Keep the 3x deposit wagering rule in mind, since it applies before any withdrawal.
If you want to weigh the live tables against the instant games, Crash games covers Aviator, Plinko and the rest. Registration steps are on Registration, and Support runs 24/7 live chat if something goes wrong.
Yes. The brand site says 77 live tables covering roulette, blackjack, baccarat and Andar Bahar, streamed by live providers that include Pragmatic Live and Sexy Gaming.

Does the welcome offer on this site work for live casino?
The offer boosts your first deposit, adds free spins and carries the promo code WB, but the eligible games are not published, so we cannot confirm that live tables count toward it.
